revolving fund for SMEs
Published in the Official Gazette of the Lazio Region No 44, 28 November 2009, the public notice which grants to businesses (in the form of soft loans) to carry out investment projects
may access the benefits under the Revolving Fund for SMEs - micro, Productive Activities small and medium-sized businesses, craft, trade and services, with headquarters and manufacturing in the Region of Lazio, as well as established enterprises as cooperatives and consortiums.
The amount of the investment projects ranging from a minimum of 50,000 euro a un massimo di 1 milione. L’agevolazione è concessa sotto forma di finanziamento a tasso agevolato (mutuo) della durata di 5 anni, che copre il 100% dell’investimento.
Il finanziamento è diviso in due parti, ognuna delle quali costituisce il 50% dell’ammontare totale: una quota a tasso agevolato (0,5% annuo) e una quota ordinaria garantita a tasso ordinario con copertura di garanzia regionale. Il tasso può essere fisso oppure variabile.
Il rimborso avviene a rate trimestrali costanti secondo il piano di ammortamento. Lo spread varia secondo l’importo dell’investimento e secondo il rating del beneficiario.
