analysis of the data reveals some trends of particular interest:
for hiring new workers, the most common contract is of indefinite duration (in 75% of cases), followed by the apprenticeship contract (25%);
there is a concentration of assumptions about professional profiles purely operational, followed by long-distance employees and managers / executives;

that substantiates the involvement of a national network di attori composta da 1418 soggetti, che svolgono – in funzione dei rispettivi ruoli - un’intensa attività di promozione e informazione a favore dei percorsi di politica attiva e passiva e dei servizi finalizzati al miglioramento della competitività delle imprese. Ad oggi, infatti, il 50% circa degli obiettivi raggiunti è da ricondurre alla collaborazione diretta con tale network.
In risposta alle esigenze espresse dagli attori/partner degli interventi, l’area ha messo a punto un “Piano di Sviluppo e Consolidamento”. Uno strumento ideato per dare maggiore concretezza alle sinergie prodotte con i soggetti interessati dalle attività progettuali d’area e per valorizzarne l’apporto in vista del raggiungimento di obiettivi condivisi.
L’implementazione dei Piani di Sviluppo e Consolidamento rappresenta una condizione necessaria per procedere alla costituzione dei “Circoli del Lavoro” provinciali, occasioni di incontro periodiche tra i referenti di tutti i nodi del network, tese a valorizzare le iniziative esistenti e a individuare possibili ambiti di collaborazione per proposte comuni.

Obiettivo dell’area è quello di favorire l’integrazione tra politiche del lavoro e politiche di attrazione, mediante la promozione e la gestione di interventi combining vocational training measures of business services with job placement activities.

Sperimentazione di un sistema finalizzato alla riduzione del disallineamento tra domanda di formazione manifestata dalle imprese e offerta formativa erogata dal sistema dell’istruzione e della formazione professionale
L’area ha avviato una sperimentazione finalizzata a supportare il sistema della formazione - in particolare quello della Bilateralità - nel riallineamento della propria offerta formativa alle richieste professionalism and skills expressed by the Italian companies.
