In risposta alle esigenze espresse dagli attori/partner degli interventi, l’area ha messo a punto un “Piano di Sviluppo e Consolidamento”. Uno strumento ideato per dare maggiore concretezza alle sinergie prodotte con i soggetti interessati dalle attività progettuali d’area e per valorizzarne l’apporto in vista del raggiungimento di obiettivi condivisi.
L’implementazione dei Piani di Sviluppo e Consolidamento rappresenta una condizione necessaria per procedere alla costituzione dei “Circoli del Lavoro” provinciali, occasioni di incontro periodiche tra i referenti di tutti i nodi del network, tese a valorizzare le iniziative esistenti e a individuare possibili ambiti di collaborazione per proposte comuni.

Sperimentazione di un sistema finalizzato alla riduzione del disallineamento tra domanda di formazione manifestata dalle imprese e offerta formativa erogata dal sistema dell’istruzione e della formazione professionale
