World Biodiversity Day in Friuli Venezia Giulia:
event Saturday, June 6 at the Lake Doberdò


Friuli Venezia Giulia providing input to the World Biodiversity Day. It will do so Saturday, June 6 with an appointment scheduled in Doberdò Lake in the province of Gorizia. In fact this will be the only event scheduled at the regional level in the global day dedicated to the protection of animal and plant species.
The event program includes a visit with experts in the Regional Natural Reserve of lakes and Doberdò Pietrarossa. Will unique opportunity to discover the natural environment of the area accompanied by un'ornitologo, a herpetologist, an entomologist and a botanist. Scientific supervisor of the initiative will be the botanical Poldini Livio, professor emeritus of the University of Trieste.
The meeting is scheduled at 10 to the center of Lake Gradina Doberdò (Gorizia) from which the four groups with the respective experts. The return is scheduled at 16, still in the structure of the Lake Doberdò
